QUESTION:
All Muslims believe that on the Day of Judgment, our actions will be judged. Belief in the life in hereafter creates taqwa which motivates us to do righteous deeds and avoid from evil acts. It leads man to fulfill rights of Allah Almighty, perform all duties honestly, get lawful earnings, spend money in the way of Allah, do justice, help others and establish peace in society.
Keeping in view the above mentioned facts you have to describe in ten points that believe in the Day of Judgment and in hereafter strongly influence our life and actions in this world.
Answer:
· God will resurrect all humanity on the Day of Judgment.
· Everyone will be stripped of all clothes, titles and assets.
· Everyone will be held accountable by Allah for what they have done.
· Angels will recite from their records all the deeds that an individual has committed.
· Israfil will blow the trumpet to signal the beginning of judgment day.
· Barzakh is the time of testing in the grave that precedes the Day of Judgment.
· There will be signs about the Day of Judgment. E.g. the natural order of nature will be reversed.
· All move across the bridge that goes over the fire of hell and leads to the entrance of heaven.Qur’an – “all that is on earth will perish, only the face of God will remain.” Surah 53
· When believers think of the Day of Judgment, the ignominy of greed and avarice get extinguished within us, the high edifice of pride and arrogance crumbles down.. The impulse to deal unevenly or to exploit others vanishes automatically and he/she shivers at the very thought of accountability
· And ye will be brought back to the Knower of the invisible and the visible and He will tell you what you used to do. (9:105)
· And man is told in unequivocal terms that on the Day of Judgment there will be total reckoning of one‘s doings in this worldly life. "Lo! Unto us is their return, and Ours their reckoning." (88:25, 26).
· This proclamation implies that man/woman will be rewarded what he/she has earned.
·
"And that his/her efforts will be seen and afterwards he/she will be repaid for it
with fullest payment. (53:40,41). On that day no intercession will succeed nor
will any one be able to plead on behalf of another person. If anyone is harboring
the vain hope that he might escape punishment is suffering from delusions. And
the verdict pronounced on The Day of Reckoning will be eternal.
